Estoppel Requests

Under Section 720.30851, Florida Statutes, the association designates the following to receive estoppel certificate requests:

Attn: Board of Directors
TBD Tang O Mar Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550

The association will respond to estoppel certificate requests within 10 business days, as required by Florida law.
